Once you book our services, a confirmation email will be sent to you. All payments must be made in full prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remainder due before the event date.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total booking cost.

If you wish to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is allowed only once without incurring an additional fee, provided the new date falls within 6 months of the original booking. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference between the original and rescheduled date.
If you wish to make any changes to the services provided (e.g., number of guests, service types, etc.), please notify us at least 7 days before your event. Any modifications to the original booking may result in additional charges or refund adjustments, depending on the nature of the change.
No refund will be provided for any services that have already been rendered, including deposits or payments for items, equipment, or services that have already been delivered or set up.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the transaction.
